Corrosion protection of stainless steel

Stainless steel blasting represents a special challenge. During this process, the appropriate part isn’t just cleaned – foreign particles, as well as annealing colouration, milling and grinding marks are also removed. To be able to provide the optimum results with the highest degree of efficiency, we combine the perfect attributes of a self-developed special mix of pure stainless steel with the know-how we have developed over the course of several decades. The result: a uniform, “high quality” surface finish with maximum weathering resistance. The quality of work has previously been confirmed by the German Federal Institute for Material Research and Testing (BAM).

Comprehensive service – maximum flexibility

When processing stainless steel parts, we can offer you the comprehensive service that you expect with the maximum flexibility. We collect the components to be processed from you, process them professionally and then bring them back to you in the optimum packaging.

For especially large-scale elements such as beverage bottling systems, large-scale stationary blasting systems are available. For smaller components, our technicians use manual blasting cabinets. During such processes, they also use our self-developed blasting agent.

Best environmental compatibility and highest process safety

As with the painting and processing of other types of steel, during the stainless steel blasting, we also make sure of the highest level of environmental compatibility and a safe process. This means that the blasting agent which is used is verified for ferrite residues each week by an independent institute. The blasting agent is continuously cleaned, and any harmful substances dissolved in it are disposed of appropriately.
