CMS and SAQ 5.0

Our aim with this CMS was and is to fulfil the requirements of the Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) 5.0 as far as possible and to sustainably optimise our processes in the area of compliance and supply chains.

A central component of our compliance strategy was the in-depth analysis of the risk landscape within our supply chains. We identified and assessed potential risks in all areas of our company, particularly with regard to compliance with the LkSG. This process is crucial for identifying risks at an early stage and taking targeted measures to minimise risks.

Supplier evaluation and development

Supplier evaluation and development also play a crucial role in our compliance approach. We attach great importance to strict criteria to ensure that our suppliers comply with equally high standards in the areas of labour law, environmental and data protection as well as financial and antitrust law. By comprehensively assessing and continuously developing our suppliers, we strengthen the entire supply chain and ensure sustainable and secure business relationships.

Introduction of a whistleblower system

To ensure compliance with these standards, we have also implemented a whistleblower system that enables employees and external partners to report possible violations anonymously and securely. This supports our compliance strategy and ensures that potential risks can be addressed quickly and effectively.

In addition to the Supply Chain Duty of Care Act (LkSG), our compliance management also covers areas such as labour law, data protection, environmental law and antitrust law. The continuous improvement of our compliance processes is an essential part of our corporate philosophy.
