We work on a flexible and customer-oriented basis, and provide the highest quality results. Yet that isn't enough for us. That is because we can only develop further through the continuous monitoring and improvement of our processes. In this area, the external experts and appraisers who support us and provide confirmation of the quality of our services also make an important contribution.
In specific terms, all of the key attributes of the components that we process are verified. These include the dry layer thickness, the gloss level, the surface roughness and the adhesion of the applied coatings. During these tests, we also use specialist measuring instruments. To oversee our quality assurance, our team also includes two coating experts who have certification according to NS 476 FROSIO. They also compile detailed records of each test, all of which we archive.
We have all of the relevant measuring equipment – including equipment for determining the coating thickness, the gloss level and for the completion of adhesion tests. We also carry out monitoring of an exceptional variety of process parameters in all of our systems.
We are currently certified according to ISO 9001. In the area of occupational health and safety, since January 2014, we have fulfilled the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS) 18001. Our certification according to ISO 14001 is already under way.
To ensure that these requirements are taken into account at all times, specially trained employees provide internal training, hold regular meetings and initiate quality circles. They also verify each and every incoming and outgoing component and make sure that we can comply with the highest quality requirements at all times.
The award of the QIB quality mark ensures the quality of the member companies and their coating processes.
